Dr. Matthew J. Fien, Periodontist:

Born and raised in South Florida, Dr. Fien received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his doctorate from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He then completed his post graduate training in periodontology at Nova Southeastern University, and today, he is a board-certified periodontist as well as a Diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontology. Today, he has practiced for over 15 years and runs a successful implant and periodontics-focused practice.
Dr. Fien is an internationally known speaker for implant dentistry as well as the co-founder of Surgical Influence, an advanced dental education organization that teaches hands-on implantology and bone/soft tissue courses for general dentists and specialists alike. He also lectures at Nova Southeastern University and several other post graduate dental programs throughout the country.
